What are the cancellation and refund policies of the U.S. College Sports Camp?

Camper cancellations will be given refunds up until 31 days prior to the first day of camp commencing less a 50% processing fee. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued if a participant cancels their entry 30 days or less prior to the first day of camp. No exceptions will be made.

Cancellations must be made in writing by sending an email to info@uscollegeshowcaseasia.com Your email will be returned within 48 hours. In the email please contain the camper name, reason for cancellations and bank information for refund.

Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted over the phone and must be in writing. No exceptions will be made for any reason.
