Dear Coach,
You have been identified as a strong candidate for the US College Sports Camp Coach Ambassador Program. Coach Ambassadors will travel to Thailand to serve as the US college coach staff for the Winter 2018 US College Sports Camp. Due to increased demand, we have created a formal application process that is mandatory to be considered as a coach for the program.
This Winter will mark our 7th USCC Golf Camp. Since its inception in 2013, the camp has expanded to seven sports (badminton, basketball, golf, soccer, swimming, tennis, and volleyball). Thanks to efforts of coaches from over 40 universities, we host the top sports camp in Thailand and continue to be considered one of the premier events in the world. For the first time this year, the event will include a 36-hole tournament that will be ranked by National Junior Golf Scoreboard (NJGS).
The time commitments of the program include being able to attend all days of camp. Coach Ambassadors must attend all events and will not be able to arrive late or fly home early due to other time constraints. Coaches will be required to pay for their own transportation to the camp; however, all lodging, transportation, and meal expenses will be covered by the camp once coaches land in Thailand. Camp logistics are incredibly detailed, and coaches always enjoy their experience in the “Land of Smiles”.
For planning purposes, a schedule of events is listed below.
- November 27 : Depart USA
- November 28 : Land Thailand
- November 29 : Sponsor Meetings, Thai Cultural Activities
- November 30 : Camp Day 1
- December 1 : Camp Day 2
- December 2 : Camp Day 3
- December 3 : Depart Thailand
We hope you will be able to join us for the winter 2018 US College Sports Camp! Applications is open on the right side of this web page. Interested candidates will have two weeks to submit their application. The application deadline is September 7 th.
Have an enjoyable summer, and we hope to see you in Thailand.
